We were eating at some Hong Kong resto. The manager himself, served us personally.
He took our order, and plain water there costs 40 cents each. He said, "Its okay, the water is on the house." After our dinner, he gave us a 10% discount on our bill.
I WONDER WHY. *Chuckles*
